Where does the festival take place?
Nashville Elvis Festival takes place at Liberty Hall in The Factory at Franklin. With plenty of free parking, this historic property is a top destination for dining, shopping and live entertainment. Do I need to buy tickets in advance?
We highly recommend getting tickets as early as possible. Seating is limited and many events do sell out!
Are all tickets General Admission?
With the exception of the VIP Festival Pass, all shows are General Admission.
Is there an age restriction?
Ticketed events are all ages! Late Night Party events are 21+.
Are the venues accessible for mobility disabilities?
Yes!
What time do doors open at the venue?
Doors will open 30 minutes prior to the start of each event for most events.
Is there a shuttle?
No. However, the area is Taxi, Lyft and Uber friendly.
Where do I park?
Parking at The Factory at Franklin is free and plentiful!
Are tickets refundable or transferable?
We do not offer refunds, but tickets are transferable. Admission is granted to the ticket holder.
COVID-19 Policy: If the event is rescheduled due to a pandemic, all tickets will be valid for the rescheduled dates. If the event is canceled due to a pandemic, all tickets will be refunded at face value. Ticket fees are not refundable.
Will there be concessions available?
There is a full bar located inside Liberty Hall. Outside food and drinks and not permitted.
Will the special guests be signing autographs?
Some guests will sign autographs, and some will have merchandise available for sale as well.
Are photos and video allowed?
Photos (no flash) and video will be allowed at most events. We simply ask that you stay in your seat and be respectful of those around you.
Where can I park my RV?
You can park in the parking lot off of 1st Avenue near Bridge Street. You can also park at Pinkerton Park off of Highway 96 just southeast of downtown Franklin. Overnight RV parking is not allowed at The Factory at Franklin.
